Lisa Colacurcio has served on the Board of CTBC Bank (USA) since July 2017. She is a member of the Board Risk Monitoring and Oversight Committee.

Ms. Colacurcio is a Managing Director at Gemdale USA Corporation. With over 25 years of experience in international investments, Ms. Colacurcio has a proven track record in successful real estate and impact investing across the United States, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Ms. Colacurcio has established and managed multiple real estate funds and joint ventures globally. Ms. Colacurcio has also served as an Advisor to international investors in both the real estate and impact sectors through her investment company, Lumiere Capital LLC. Prior to Gemdale USA, was a Managing Director at Paladin Realty Partners, where she advised on strategic initiatives related to low and middle-income housing investments in Latin America.

Previously, Ms. Colacurcio was Managing Director, Head of Asia, for UBS Wealth Management Real Estate, while also serving on the firm’s Global Investment Committee and Japan Bank Risk Control Committee.

Prior to UBS, Ms. Colacurcio held multiple roles in Real Estate and Debt Acquisitions at financial institutions in the US, Europe and Asia, including Donaldson, Lufkin Jenrette, Banque Paribas and Wardley Direct Investment Management.

Ms. Colacurcio holds a BA and MA from Cornell University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Colacurcio is proficient in French and Mandarin.
